Holland Colours is organized into three closely related divisions that cover specific geographic regions. The European division services the all of Europe plus the Middle East and Africa. The Americas division supports North, Central and South America. The Asia division covers all of Asia and the Pacific Rim including Australia and New Zealand.
Virtually all products offered by Holland Colours are manufactured internally. The majority of production is generated from one of five principal plants in the Netherlands, Hungary, the United States, Indonesia (Surabaya) and China. Additionally, Holland Colours has distribution and/or small-scale manufacturing sites in England, Mexico, Canada, Indonesia (Jakarta), and Japan. To assure that Holland Colours’ products are similar throughout the world, the production facilities have very similar manufacturing capabilities and raw material sourcing is done globally.
The majority of Holland Colours’ sales coverage and technical support is through geographically-based direct employees, with several regional agents utilized to ensure closer relationships with customers.
Centralized functions organized at the corporate level include Global Purchasing, Research & Technology, Business Processes & IT, Finance and Legal Affairs.
