Holland Colours N.V. is pleased to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today resolved to appoint Chris Roggeband (1973) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Management of Holland Colours N.V., effective 1 October 2026.
Chris Roggeband brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing and specialty products businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Floramedia Group, part of the international, publicly listed CCL Group. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in delivering sustainable growth, leading business transformations and strengthening commercial performance in international organisations operating across multiple geographies, markets and cultures.

Chris succeeds Coen Vinke, who has led Holland Colours for eight years. The Supervisory Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Coen for his dedication, leadership and significant contribution to the development of Holland Colours during his tenure. To support a smooth transition, Coen will continue to work closely with Chris during his first weeks as CEO, ensuring a thorough handover and supporting Chris during his onboarding.
