As a Business Developer you are Identifying, connecting, and creating interest with key industry influencers and new customers for Holland Colours propositions. You are responsible for delivering strong new business growth as laid down in our Mid Term Business Plan. And you will capture sales opportunities into sales funnel and ensure follow through leading new business realization.
We offer an independent, challenging position for 40 hours a week in an international environment, with market conditions of employment. At Holland Colours there is sufficient room for personal development. There is an annual training budget and from the Better Together dialogue, together with your manager you investigate which development path fits you. We work partly remotely and days in our office to connect. And don’t forget at Holland Colours all employees are shareholders! So yearly you can extend your shares in Holland colours.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably technical, alternatively business)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Established industry network (Coatings- Coated Fabrics- Packaging)
- Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in Specialty Chemicals)
- Strong business acumen, Sales Hunter personality profile
- Fluent English verbal and written.
