Segment Marketer

Core duties of this role
Responsibilities

Segment research as a base for value proposition together with commercial team / product market management. Strategic guidance on crafting compelling value propositions, and market Activation plans. Analyze competitive activities to determines HCA's competitive position. Architect and execute launch and marketing roadmap/plan. Development of online/offline sales materials;

Develop marketing plan per segment. Development of campaign content, ensuring every piece is meticulously crafted to guide prospects through the buyer's journey. Create comprehensive multi-channel campaigns for new and existing customers. Monitor campaign performance metrics, making real-time, data-driven adjustments;

Marketing and communication initiatives in the lead-up to and during industry fairs & events (landing page, advertising invitations, campaign, social content etc.). Craft and convey the messaging for our booth. Supervise the ideation, design, and production of sales and promotional materials. Development of insightful content and innovative sales tools tailored for new product introduction;

Create in-depth research pieces for content pillar pages in conjunction with technical team. Create and design new (digital) ad campaigns including copy and creatives based on the platform and specific campaign. Manage campaign strategy and targeting for each campaign and its corresponding segment / target. Coordinate with relevant sales team for lead follow up process and feedback loop. Building and maintaining a good relationship with media/event parties and platforms per segment. Writing and distributing content for (online) media parties. Training and helping colleagues to share our story and to have an active brand ambassador role within their segment (using LinkedIn, visiting events etc.)

Our requirements
- Bachelor level in Digital Marketing or Communication;
- 5+ years of marcom experience in a B2B environment;
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and English, spoken en written;
- Proven track record with inbound/online marketing & lead generation;
- Perfect mastery of online marcom tools;
- Self-starter who continuously want to improve.
