Holland Colours is looking for a second shift Production Operator for our location in Richmond, Indiana.

This role runs on the second shift, meaning higher base pay for the same number of hours.
What will you do?
- Picking up and checking the required raw materials based on the production order;
- Creating production batches according to the production order, with attention to quality and quantity;
- Setting up and operating machine(s) in all production departments;
- Offering production samples to the Quality Control department and carrying out any adjustments advised;
- Packing the finished product;
- Completing the production order and making a retain sample.
- Cleaning the machine(s), materials and the area.

- Experience with extruder is preferred.
