Kara Smith

Get to know Kara, 35, who’s been with Holland Colours America for five years. She’s gained experience in several roles and now brings dedication and a positive spirit to inside sales and customer service.

Mike Muldoon

Say hello to Mike! He’s 40 and has been with Holland Colours America for a little over 18 years. Mike currently works in the lab as a color design technician.

Get to know April (31). She’s been a production worker at Holland Colours America’s for three years. The work can be tough, but the great team and positive atmosphere make it enjoyable.

“Just because you don't have experience doesn't mean you can't learn. As long as you're willing and have the willpower, I believe anyone can do it.”

Maroesja Klomp

Say hi to Maroesja! She’s 49 and has been with Holland Colours Apeldoorn for almost 25 years. She works in inside sales and marketing.

Pascal de Vries

Say hello to Pascal (47), someone with real HCA experience. He began his journey at HCA at 19. More than 25 years later, he’s grown into his role as Production Team Leader.

‘’Working hard is important, but it is certainly just as important to enjoy your work. Without having fun at work and with your colleagues, you won't keep up the hard work for long.’’

Nicky Baltus

Meet Nicky. She is 28 years old and has been working as a HR business partner at HCA Apeldoorn for more than 2 years.

Burcin Shahin

Meet Burcin. She is a Growth Marketer at Holland Colours and joined the company in June 2024. She loves creating impactful campaigns and working with her team to bring new ideas to life.

“I love that my work allows me to make an impact, creating campaigns and ideas that help our brand grow. When creativity and collaboration come together, that’s when the real difference is made.”

Veerle Huisman

Meet Veerle. She is 21 years old and works as a Creative Content Marketeer at Holland Colours. She started as an intern in 2024 and quickly grew into a full-time member of the marketing team.

“I love being part of a creative team where ideas come to life. Working together, sharing inspiration, and seeing the end result makes me proud to contribute to something that connects people and brings colour to our world.”

Bryan Kolk

Meet Bryan. He works as an IT Helpdesk Employee at Holland Colours and has been part of the company for several years. He started as an intern and now supports colleagues worldwide with IT solutions and system improvements.

“I really enjoy helping colleagues and making their work easier. Solving problems and finding solutions that have a real impact gives me energy — especially when I see how much it helps others.”

Leroy Bronkhorst

Say hi to Leroy! He’s an Area Sales Manager at Holland Colours and has been with the company since 2022. He works with customers across Europe in the coatings industry, building strong relationships and exploring new opportunities.

“I enjoy connecting with customers and building relationships that make a real impact. Taking initiative, exploring new opportunities, and growing together with our team and clients is what makes my work so rewarding.”

Wouter Koldenhof

Say hi to Wouter! He’s a Project Engineer at Holland Colours and has been with the company for almost 30 years. He manages technical projects from idea to completion, always looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient.

“I enjoy turning ideas into real improvements that help my colleagues and the company move forward. Every project is a new challenge and an opportunity to innovate, create, and make a lasting difference together.”

Asia

Erick Prasetyo Wicaksono and Estu Yoga Elmi Gesa

Meet Erick (28), with 7 years at HCA Asia, and Estu (30), with 2 years. They’re both Product Development Specialists who collaborate closely.

Vincentia Yuvi Indrawati

Get to know Vincentia Yuvi Indrawati, or Yuvi. She’s been with HCA Asia for almost 10 years and works in export customer service.

Meet Andre, with 30 years of experience at Holland Colours. He’s Export Manager for South East Asia, South Korea, and Japan, and since 2024, part of the global marketing team.
