Main Work

As a Sales Manager Coatings for Holland Colours, you'll be the architect of our growth strategy in the DACH region, the epicenter of the European coatings market. With a 'hunter mentality,' you'll navigate building prospects into long-term partners. Your established network and industry knowledge will be key in introducing our innovative solutions to new clients. With your expertise, you’ll be initiating new product introductions and guiding customers through the sales journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop sales plan for the DACH region;
  • Identify and secure new leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to become valued customers;
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and applications;
  • Guide new products from inception to market, and onboard new customers;
  • Relay competitive intelligence back to our marketing team.

  • A profound understanding of market trends in the coatings industry;
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or chemistry;
  • Fluent in English and German language;
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales with a focus on B2B transactions;
  • Willingness to travel across DACH region to engage with clients and stakeholders.
