We're looking for a
Recruiter
Are you an experienced Recruiter who wants to work for an international, dynamic, people-oriented and fast-paced environment?
Then we're looking for you!
We're looking for an independent or self-employed recruiter, to help our HR team for 20 hours a week, for 6 months.

Responsibilities
Core duties of this role
Key responsibilities:
- In close cooperation with the responsible HR and the hiring manager, define the critical skills of the position.
- Coordinate with the hiring managers, drawing up a catchy recruitment profile and creating a recruitment plan.
- Place new vacancy requests on our website and various online channels.
- Hunt for the right candidates.
- Initiate a successful recruitment strategy for hiring.
- Find candidates and binding them to HCA in a creative way.
- Proactive in the field of online recruitment, in collaboration with our marketing department.
- Responsible from A to Z for filling vacancies from bachelor level.
Job criteria:
- Independent, self-employed recruiter.
- Bachelor level degree;
- Experience in Employee branding.
- Track record in international recruitment.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a preference.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Dutch is a preference.
