Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in sales administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Willing to be placed in Taman Tekno, Tangerang.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with customers regarding invoices, payments, and order follow-ups.
  • Record and track incoming and outgoing customer payments (deposits, checks, cash).
  • Prepare invoices and tax invoices for customer billing.
  • Verify and update customer records in the system to ensure accurate account details.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, including stationery and meeting essentials.
  • Coordinate incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Compile and submit weekly sales reports for performance tracking.
  • Support the sales team in handling inquiries, generating reports, and ensuring smooth order processing.
