  • You receive a salary that reflects your experience, up to €70k.
  • Annual bonus of 10%, with potential to double to 20% when targets are exceeded.
  • Profit share potential of up to 1.5 months’ salary per year.

What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager Coatings & Sealants at Holland Colours, you sell colorant solutions that give manufacturers consistency and stability in production. Your mission is to maintain a proven sealants portfolio while driving new growth in coatings. With your expertise, you’ll be initiating new product introductions and guiding customers through the sales journey. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Take ownership of an existing sealants portfolio in the UK, Ireland and Benelux.
  • Gradually absorb market knowledge and customer relationships from senior colleagues.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing customers.
  • Prospect and convert new customers, particularly in coatings and adjacent markets.
  • Represent Holland Colours at customer meetings, technical events and industry forums.

The Team

Working within the broader EMEIA sales team of 15, you collaborate with both commercial and technical colleagues, reporting directly to the Sales Leader Coatings. An experienced group of 5 specialists is focused on coatings and sealants in Europe. Our compact structure makes room for speed, short communication lines and visible impact.

People are expected to manage their own time, take ownership of their territory, and speak up when it matters. Even while you work remotely for a big portion of your time, no one operates on an island. There are weekly team meetings and virtual roundtables to discuss challenges and share insights.
