Holland Colours Announces CEO Transition and Intended Reappointment of CTO

Apeldoorn, March 31st, 2026

Holland Colours N.V. announces forthcoming changes to its Board of Management, as two members will complete their second terms during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 9 July 2026.

In accordance with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, and following a thorough and transparent process, the Supervisory Board—working in close partnership with the Board of Management—intends to nominate Eelco van Hamersveld (CTO) for reappointment at the upcoming AGM. Coen Vinke (CEO) will complete his current term on 9 July 2026 and will continue in his role until a successor is in place to ensure a smooth transition.

After nearly eight years of leadership, Coen Vinke’s second term as Chief Executive Officer will conclude at the upcoming AGM. Following this, he will continue in his role until a successor is in place. This marks a natural moment in the governance cycle of the company and provides an appropriate opportunity to reflect on the progress made during his tenure.

During his tenure, Coen has played a pivotal role in further strengthening the foundations of Holland Colours. He led the continued professionalisation of the organisation, established clearer operational structures and frameworks, and set a long-term strategic direction that positions the company for its next stage of development. Under his leadership, Holland Colours advanced its innovation capabilities, reinforced its customer focus and enhanced its operational discipline across regions.

We express our sincere gratitude to Coen Vinke for his dedicated service and the substantial impact he has had on the growth and development of Holland Colours.

Upon reflection, Coen Vinke shares:
“It has been a privilege to lead Holland Colours over the past eight years. Together, we have strengthened the organisation and built a solid foundation for the future. I am proud of what we have achieved and confident that the company is well positioned for its next stage of development. I remain fully committed in my role and to supporting a smooth and orderly transition in the period ahead."

“The Supervisory Board has approached this transition with the utmost care and transparency, always mindful of Holland Colours’ long-term interests. We are sincerely grateful to Coen for his leadership, integrity and dedication. Over the past years, he has helped shape a stronger, more structured organisation with a clear forward strategy. The company is well prepared to build on this foundation in the years ahead.”
— Jeanine van der Vlist, Chair of Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board has initiated a structured CEO succession process to ensure continuity of leadership and long-term stability for Holland Colours and its stakeholders, during which Coen Vinke will remain in his role until a successor is appointed.

The Supervisory Board is pleased to continue working with Eelco van Hamersveld in his role as Chief Technology Officer and to nominate him for reappointment at the upcoming AGM. His continued leadership will play an important role in further advancing Holland Colours’ technological innovation and supporting the company’s long-term ambitions.

His intended reappointment as CTO ensures continuity in the company’s technological and operational direction and provides a strong basis for continued development and progress in the years ahead.
