Holland Colours Nominates Chris Roggeband as Chief Executive Officer

Holland Colours N.V. is pleased to announce the nomination of Chris Roggeband (1973) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Management, effective 1 October 2026.

His appointment by the shareholders will be put on the agenda for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 30 September 2026.

Chris Roggeband is currently Chief Executive Officer of Floramedia Group, part of the international, publicly listed CCL Group. He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing and specialty products businesses. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in delivering sustainable growth, leading business transformations and strengthening commercial performance in international organisations operating across multiple geographies, markets and cultures.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Chris combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution and has a proven ability to unite people, customers and stakeholders behind a shared direction. His international experience and strong people focus have enabled him to build high-performing organisations, foster collaboration and create alignment across complex businesses.

Chris Roggeband is nominated as successor to Coen Vinke. Following more than eight years of leadership and significant contributions to the development of Holland Colours, Coen will remain closely involved to support a smooth leadership transition and work alongside Chris during his onboarding period.
